Welcome to Inkspire Creative, a creative freelance agency offering services including graphic design, videography, animation, digital marketing, and website development. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services and website immediately.

2. Services
Inkspire Creative provides creative services including, but not limited to, graphic design, branding, website development, videography, and digital marketing. All services will be detailed in a written proposal or contract, outlining the scope, deliverables, and fees.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information required to carry out the services. You are responsible for ensuring that any material or content you provide does not violate third-party rights, including intellectual property.
4. Payment Terms

All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in the contract.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, Stripe.

A 50% deposit may be required before the commencement of the project.

Any unpaid invoices past 30 days may incur a late fee of 20% per month.

5. Revisions and Approvals

You are entitled to 2 rounds of revisions per project. Additional revisions will incur an extra charge, which will be outlined before proceeding.

Once final approval is received, no further changes can be made without additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and materials created by Inkspire Creative remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables will be transferred to you. However, Inkspire Creative retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials.

7. Project Timelines
We strive to meet all deadlines agreed upon in the project scope. However, delays caused by failure to provide necessary information, materials, or approvals from your side may affect delivery times.

8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information provided during the course of the project.
Inkspire Creative will not disclose or share client information or project details with third parties without permission.

9. Cancellations and Termination

If you wish to cancel the project, you must notify us in writing. In the event of cancellation, you will be billed for any work completed up to the cancellation date.

Inkspire Creative reserves the right to terminate a project if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions, including non-payment.

10. Liability
Inkspire Creative will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the deliverables. Our maximum liability to you for any claims arising from our services will not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the specific project.

11. Third-Party Services
Inkspire Creative may use third-party services (e.g., web hosting, stock images, videographers and photographers) in delivering your project. We are not responsible for the quality or performance of these third-party services.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.

13. Changes to Terms
Inkspire Creative reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
